Does anyone know which swaybars/cross-bars for the engine (between the strut towers) will fit the Sprinter/All-Tracs.  I could use some improved handling when on tight corners.  Lots of Celicas had them, but I wonder if those will fit correctly?

I'm pretty sure the engine bay of the corrola seca AE92 (Australia) is the same as the all trac...Not sure what you call it over there but it's a popular car for modding & I've seen plenty with strut braces.

HERE'S A FEW LINKS YOU MIGHT LIKE TO TRY.

You can quickly and easily install a Corolla GTS or AE92 front tower to firewall brace in the Carib/Alltrac. Just have to drill a couple of holes in the firewall and install some rivet nuts to bolt it down. I'm more interested in sway bars myself and having just completed a large volume buy with Addco in NC, I was planning to have them made for this application. I may post up a feeler on that one....

A large swaybar order?? If so, what diameter and how much will each cost...

Sorry, I got off topic there... Yeah, I'd like to know more about sway bars too.

Not only what suits our wagons but if anyone can find a good write up on  HOW  sway bars improve handling, I'd sure like to know.

Personally I'm looking for an sr5 because it'll most likely have a sunroof but it'll also have the PAS power assisted steering, which I don't want - I want more room in the engine bay for other mod's..

Here's a couple of threads:

I think AE92 seca in australia has same front end not sure about the rear but definitely these cars could do with a stiffer ride & some more control around under steering issues

I saw a Corolla GTS in the yard the other day with a swaybay in the engine bay, I probably should have scooped it. It looked like it would fit, but I wasn't 100% sure by eyeballing.

Go back with a tape measure next time...

I'm gonna have to get customs made if I raise suspension as shown by '4wdwgn' in rollaclub
