Don at (60 204-6100 8am to 10pm. After 6:30pm is better as the kid is in bed. Let me know if you need specific additional pictures. I can email them to you. I know people will travel for these cars so I want full disclosure...hence the long ad. Oh yeah, I have a hard to find service manual with this as well - good luck even finding that.

Oh what a feeling! This is my dad-mobile (with no eating in the car!!!). I bought it for the treacherous drives we have had to my in-laws in southeastern Minnesota. I am having a hard time not being with my "Sweet Ride" - A loaded 90 Camry wagon (not for sale unless you have $3k...in other words I don't want to sell it right now, but everything is ultimately for sale at the right price). Why they didn't make these as an all trac I'll never know.

For sale here is probably one of the best specimens of this type of car you will find for sale in the US. I am not going to tell you it is rare as, if you are interested, you probably know what you are looking at. If you don't know what you're looking at here's some info. This is hands down the best vehicle I have ever driven in the snow. Even surprised and impressed my Ford-driving, farmer-father-in-law. Over Xmas they had 18+ inches of snow and this thing walked through it like nothing while their 4x4 Lariat and Escape both were a bit iffy - 40ft long snow drift that was higher than the bottom of the car and barely lost any speed while cutting my own new tracks (I am not exaggerating). I now wish it was snowing every day of the year. My wife didn't want me to buy it, but was handily convinced it was worth every penny when she had to drive it up there alone on the day before Xmas eve (if you remember the drama that the media made the storm out to be). Concerned about being plowed in downtown.....forget it! I was plowed in 1/2 way up my doors - really. My Jeep and Chevy 4x4 buddies thought they were going to have to pull me out. I dug out my drivers door, got in, started it up and drove right out (to their dismay) without any slipping. The only problem I have found with this car is that everyone around me is going too slow when the conditions are bad.

I have all the history for this car for the most part. It was bought new in PA by some grandpa that swiftly moved it down to FL for most of its life. Has the rust-proofing on it. He kind of over maintained it from what I can tell by the records. Sounds good to me.

Details:

72110 miles (yes you read it correctly). Drive it daily so mileage is increasing. I do about 6k miles a year.
4 speed automatic (w/ overdrive)
1.6L EFI
PS, PB, and AC otherwise plane jane w/ manual locks and crank windows
NO cruise, but is very easy to keep at constant speed
Sits on 4 fresh treads (pix don't show it but I have the caps as well)
Could fry an egg w/ the heater - simply the best heater I have ever had in a vehicle - topping my toy pickup. All I hear is, "can you turn down the heat...I'm done on this side."
Interior is close to mint w/ 60/40 fold down rear seats.
Rear wiper and fluid work
I believe the timing belt was changed at 40k ish
Previous owner's brother installed new front axles (he was a cert. Toy mechanic. He said only CVs were bad but it was only a few more dollars for the whole axle and his labor was free b/c his brother did the work)
He also had new exhaust installed from the Cat back (cat included)
Doesn't leave any fluids on the ground and doesn't use any fluids
Drives smooth, straight and true

I will tell you your not going to win any races with this car. I wish it had a supercharger (don't know why they didn't make that version either)
Rear brake shoes need to be changed (I am going to do it when the weather warms up if no one buys it. Not into knuckle busting if I don't have to)
There is *really* no rust on it. There is some paint starting to flake right at the peak of the rear wheel well. I'll address this in the spring.
Was rear ended and the bumper is pushed in. Had an estimate done ~$850. No claim. Pretty easy fix that I'll do if it doesn't sell. Not really a big deal. Take it or leave it.
Eventually I will put cruise on it from a similar prism or corolla someone is parting out if no one buys it.
No power locks is a bit of an issue when you are carting a 16 month old. One reason I am listing.

Truth be told, I really don't care if it sells. I have a bit of a craigslist addiction and have run out of things to sell right now. I'll let someone else enjoy it and be sorry I sold it someday (like the day after it is gone)

As is sale. Serious buyers only. No scammers and no spammers. Ain't got the money, don't call me. Cash, Cash, Cash ONLY. I know I am asking top dollar for it. Am I flexible?u............maybe. Like I said, everything is for sale for the right price, but I really don't need to sell it. Feel free to take your time checking it out if you are serious. I have nothing to hide. She's a beaut. They don't make 'em like this anymore, but I haven't driven a Matrix.

I saw that one too (I live in Madison). The price is really insane considering it needs brakes and has been in a fender bender..

Wow, that's a cherry!  And not just because of the color   I'm guessing he doesn't really want to sell it (like he says in the ad).  Someone should email him and tell him about this forum!

$850 is not bad, I paid $2200 for my RHD version, and recently had an insurance appraisal after an accident, it was valued at $3500....

No? I just saw 4wd in the description, but I did think the body looked a little different.

Unless I'm utterly mistaken (being that I'm not an All-Trac expert ), it's an AE92, FWD wagon.  I didn't think there were 4WD wagons with the AE92 wagon body.  I'm pretty sure all 6th gen Corolla All-Trac and 4WD wagons shared the same (and very unique) body.

Besides my creepy Japanese model that SAYS Corolla, but is probably a Sprinter Carib. hahah Although its very much the same besides the head/marker lights.

Heres another car I found, I won't make a new thread for it especially since its not a wagon, but I bet lots of these parts are good to use? That looks like a nice little car.
