Hey guys...anybody have any advice on replacing a door.  I picked up a used one from a local wrecker for my All-Trac as the existing one has a big rust hole in it, but when I attached it to the car it wouldn't close properly.  I am a little confused as it is EXACTLY the same door and there was no evidence of any kind of accident on the one I pulled it from.  Is it just an issue of using some washers on the hinge bolts and fiddling with it until it fits better?  Any thoughts?

Try having the hinges loosely bolted. There may be locating pins/holes that allow for manufacturing/assembly differences.
