When turning tight, I'm getting a clicking noise from the front passenger side wheel. I'm thinking CV joint, but its not visibly blown. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

I'm thinking suspension? Totally uneducated guess, but some moons ago I had a Mercury Topaz that would do that and the suspension was basically rotted in my case, and quite loose. I don't remember what specifically it was, that car was gone I just needed an excuse.

90% that it's the CV-joint.
Sometimes you must jack up the car, turn right/left and grip the axel before you can feel the gap.

I'm gonna get under there and check it real soon. What should I look (or feel) for? If its going bad will I be able to feel some play in the joint?

The play can be almost zero when the wheels are in normal position but when you turn at the left- and/or rightmost positions you will definately feel some play. If you can make a knocking, slight metallic sound by rocking (turning) the axel you've found the problem.
