just weeded out almost 20 spambot accounts in our member list - most f/the eastern bloc or some other area. i'm currently looking for a bot detector script to install here so this won't become a recurring problem...

i do a Google search for their email addresses - about 90% of the time, they'll come up in spambot list archives. it's been averaging about 1-4 a day for a while, now...
