ive been reading through the forum and it seems people in america have all trac's with rust

in Australia thats rare i guess it comes from never going below 0 and no snow etc

the coldest it nearly ever gets is 6-8 degrees

oh and did anybody's altrac come with metallic blue pain like mine

G'day Harry,

I'm hopeing it will be less than 0° next week as I might be off to Mt Hotham if this weather continues > these cars are awesome in the snow!. I just purchased an rolla wagon myself, will be hoping to do some mods too. Are you in Melbourne?

cheers, Matt

Yep most older Toyota's around here (Canada) have a good amount of rust. It's pretty rare to find one without, but occasionally you do...

I'm fortunate that my A-T doesn't have any rust.  I'm in Florida, and not sure how long it's lived here (bought it in late Oct 2009), but there were window decals from Pennsylvania dating to 1990 or so.  I guess the car retired to FL before it could get rusty!
