Yeah, also looks like a small bit of rust in the middle of the doors at the bottom.  I'm sure it can be fixed, and I hope whoever gets it takes care of it!

good catch - i didn't examine the pics that closely before. actually appears the door rust is primarily on the drivers side bottom corner. i've seen this before...a common weak spot for rot along w/underneath the tool pockets, rear wheel wells & back bumper.
